About this model and its references

The trailer dimensions, roof-member spacing, joint geometry and accessory positions are illustrative. This is not a construction drawing or a structural installation guide.

The uploaded photos include different roofs and stages. This model uses one wooden assembly; the separate metal-frame example is not included. The ceiling, insulation and services are shown for context without claiming that each is replaced.

Manufacturer background: Gulf Stream construction and an older Conquest brochure. Neither establishes this trailer’s year. The Jayco reference informs the connection discussion only; its branding and strength claims are not used.

ZIP System is an engineered wood product with a water-resistive barrier. No 30-year warranty on this RV installation is represented. Slide-room roof replacement and folding hard covers are available services, but their mechanisms are outside this model.
